These are the short type for equipment up to 350mm deep. 4U rack cases are just as strong as the deeper model- but more compact- for equipment with less depth. These models have removeable front and back lids- and there are rack fixing bars front and back. Constructed from black laminated 7mm ply with strong catches and fittings. Please note- front and back panel controls and connectors can protrude into the lids on these 4U rack cases- so equipment can be 400mm in overall depth.. Compact 19" 4u rack case 350mm deep- suitable for smaller effects and control equipment.
