Once you set your vents, the temperature locks in like an oven, giving you worry-free stability so you can enjoy time with guests.A versatile cooking system with two half-moon heat deflectors gives you ultimate cooking flexibility across multiple zones for indirect smoking or direct high-heat searing. Cook steaks at high heat whilst slow-smoking ribs on the upper level, or roast a whole chicken whilst grilling vegetables below. Complete with a powder-coated steel wheeled stand for easy mobility, ash drawer for simple cleaning, generous folding bamboo side tables for prep space, and a protective BBQ cover.
